RT DESIGNS WITH MOTIVATIONAL WORDS

One working mom to another giving motivational words and to show that you to can create new things.

  • When I hear the phrase “God winks,” I think of moments or personal experiences that seem coincidental but are so remarkable that they feel like signs of divine intervention, particularly when they appear to be answers to prayers. Since my mom passed away, I’ve often wished there was a way to reach heaven, so I could talk to her and find out if I’m doing this motherhood thing right. In those moments, I always feel like God responds through these little “God winks.” So I thank Him daily for showing me He has me no matter what.

  • Have you ever wondered how to explain to your child what it means to be a good friend? I have a child who is just starting “big school,” as we call it. He is a very loving child, but he has a speech problem and ADHD, which can make it difficult for others to understand him at times. Unfortunately, children can be mean, and he has experienced teasing because of these challenges. I recently read that the best way to be a good friend is to be the kind of friend you would like to have.

“Everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger.” James 1:19

  • How often do we try to do too much on our own without asking for help? I find myself guilty of this all the time. Not only do I neglect to ask my husband, who loves me and would do anything to help, but I also forget that my heavenly Father invites us to give all our burdens to Him. He assures us that He will carry our stresses and worries.

If we could just pause and realize that He is there for us, our lives would flow much smoothly, and we wouldn’t have to worry as much. So today, I challenge you to take a deep breath, pray to Him, and ask for the soul rest you need. Surrender everything to Him.

“Come to ME, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take up MY yoke and learn from ME, because I am lowly and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For MY yoke is easy and MY burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 CSB

  • What have you created new today? Tell me your uplifting moment of the day!

  • “In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Genesis 1:1 NKJV” Have you ever realized that God gives us different ways to create things? So take today and create something new with your talents to bless others and allow you to further His kingdom. That one simple talent you do not see is that much of anything could bless someone else, which may be on the fence about God’s love. Nurses see people at their most vulnerable state, and I’ve learned a lot about them. That young nurse 18 years ago would not have said much about God’s got you. I was so nervous being a baby nurse, as we called it then, and plus I had a nurse that was supposed to be there to help me, but instead she wanted to see me fail(eat their young). Being the strong-willed person I am, it wouldn’t happen, though. So, I prayed to God and asked him for the strength and knowledge to complete the task. That said, it also gave me the courage to start paying attention to when I felt led to pray with my patients in their most vulnerable times. No, I didn’t create something new, but I created a new bond with a patient, and I gained their respect and the family. So, even if it’s just a small new bond you create today, you have done it all for Him. Create something new today!
